Antioxidants are compounds that occur in your body and are included in the diet. They potentially protect your cells from harmful molecules as potential hard-liners.

When free radicals are stored, the condition can be called oxidative stress. It can damage your DNA and other important structures in your cells.

1. Dark Chocolate
